The Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G was first unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona last month. Now, the company has revealed that the gaming smartphone will be launched in the Indian market. The launch will be in partnership with Rusk Media Playground Season 3. Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM. It comes with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 70W charging. It comes with a triple rear camera unit led by a 108-megapixel primary sensor.
According to the company, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G will be launched in India on March 29.Launch will be at cooperate Along with the game entertainment show Playground Season 3. The show will be broadcast live on Amazon miniTV and the unboxing of the smartphone will also take place during the show.
The Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G was launched earlier this year during MWC in Barcelona, Spain. It comes in Comet Green and Meteorite Gray finishes. It is expected to be priced similarly to last year’s Tecno Pova 5 Pro. The predecessor was launched at Rs. 14,999 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
The Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G runs on HiOS 14 and features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. It runs on MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. The available memory is actually expandable to 24GB with additional unused storage.
In terms of optics, it has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, while at the front, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. It supports Dolby Atmos spatial sound effects and comes with dynamic MiniLED lighting on the rear panel. It comes with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 70W charging and 10W reverse charging.
