With less than a week left for the much-awaited consecration ceremony of Ram Temple, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that the entire country is ‘Rammay’ these days. Preparations for the consecration of Ramlala set to be held on January 22 are going on in full swing.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics in Palasamudram, Andhra Pradesh, PM Modi talked about incorporating Lord Ram’s teachings of “good governance” into the institute.

“My 11-day fasting rituals are underway before the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya. In such auspicious times, I am blessed to be here and blessed by God. Lord Ram is an example of good governance in social life and he can become an inspiration for your organization.

On January 12, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started following all the rituals and ‘rules’ 11 day ‘ritual’ (Ritual) before the ‘Pran Pratistha’ of Lord Rama in Ayodhya.

“Only 11 days are left for the consecration of Ramlala in Ayodhya. I am fortunate that I will also be a witness to this auspicious occasion. The Lord has made me an instrument to represent all the people of India during the consecration. Keeping this in mind, I am starting a special ritual of 11 days from today. I am seeking blessings from everyone. At this time, it is very difficult to express my feelings in words, but I have tried my best…” the Prime Minister wrote in an ex-post.

Earlier in the week, in a special audio message, PM Modi had said that he would represent all Indians in Ayodhya and was fortunate to be a part of the ‘Pran Pratishtha’, which was the result of 500 years of long patient struggle. “All 140 crore Indians will live with me in the sanctum sanctorum. All Ram devotees will be with me,” PM Modi said.

The Prime Minister is set to preside over the consecration ceremony on January 22 and address all the gathering from the ‘Singh Dwar’ of the grand temple complex.
