The index evaluates countries based on six different parameters, including earning potential, career advancement, employment opportunities, quality education, economic mobility and liveability.
Switzerland tops the index with 100 points for earning potential, 95 points for career development and 94 points for employment prospects.
Switzerland scored 75 points for high liveability and economic mobility and 72 points for quality education.
Following Switzerland is the United States, with an overall chance score of 82%. The U.S.’s job prospects are on par with Switzerland’s – a score of 94.
However, income potential dropped to 93 points, career development dropped to 86 points, and high livability dropped to 68 points.
The United States scored 74 for job prospects and quality education.
Meanwhile, India’s chance score of 32% is even lower than Greece’s, ranking last among the top 15 countries on the list.

Although Singapore’s earning potential is similar to Switzerland’s (100 points), Singapore ranks third in the index with a total opportunity score of 79%.
With a score of 97, Singapore has the highest job prospects score on the list, which includes 15 countries.
Of the top five countries in the index, Singapore has the least career advancement. In addition to scoring 66 points for career advancement, the country scored 55 points for quality education, 65 points for high liveability, and 92 points for economic mobility.
Australia ranks fourth with 75% of total chances scored.
