Ms. Swaraj said she was loved by the people during her campaign in the New Delhi constituency. The BJP candidate said she doesn’t like sitting on a stage and delivering speeches.

On the BJP’s chances of winning in Delhi, Swaraj maintained that the people of the city have “absolute trust” in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development policies and assurances. “This is a guarantee of good governance. That is why the people of Delhi will give all seven seats (in the city) to the BJP.”

Sharing her vision for the New Delhi constituency, Swaraj said she will make every possible effort, including taking legal action, to ensure that the Modi government’s welfare schemes are kept intact due to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Ayushmann Bharat, stagnated by “selfish politics”, can realize the people of Delhi.
