‘Shocking’ update on Prince Harry getting US visa

Prince Harry’s sentence is in jeopardy as he becomes embroiled in legal troubles over a US visa over alleged drug use.

The Duke of Sussex’s visa application has reportedly been referred to a federal judge to determine whether he lied about his drug use during the immigration process, via Weekly newspaper.

“Defendant U.S. Department of Homeland Security would like to inform the Court that it has complied with the Court’s March 7, 2024 order by filing a unilateral closed-door declaration with attachments [in private] review. ” read a statement in court documents.

In a lawsuit brought by the Heritage Foundation, a judge will decide whether to make the application public and, if found guilty of lying, whether to deport the royal to the UK.

The news comes amid massive scrutiny over Prince Harry’s drug use, which he detailed in his memoir “Back Up.”

However, the Department of Homeland Security has insisted from the beginning that Prince Harry’s visa records cannot be publicly released because it would violate his privacy.

It remains to be seen whether the court documents will actually reveal anything about Harry’s immigration status in the United States.
