Shahid Kapoor surprises fans at Teri Baaton screening, video goes viral

Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya was released earlier this month. Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a romantic drama that revolves around Shahid who introduces Kriti to his family, but they are unaware that the lady he fell in love with is a robot. The movie soared at the box office on Valentine’s Day, and more and more people have been flocking to theaters since then. Among them, a video of Shahid Kapoor surprising fans in a cinema went viral.

In a video shared by popular paparazzi Viral Bhayani, Shahid Kapoor secretly enters a screening of Teri Patton Mein Isa Urja Giya. The auditorium of Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya). Seeing the actors appearing among them, everyone could not restrain their excitement and cheered and expressed their joy. The video captures fans rushing to take selfies with Shahid and Shahid interacting with fans. The actor also asked everyone if they liked the movie.

The film is directed by debutant directors Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah and has a running time of 143.15 minutes, which is 2 hours, 23 minutes and 15 seconds. It has received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Bollywood Hungama recently reported that CBFC cut an intimate scene of the characters, reducing its length by 25%. They removed 9 seconds, reducing the original 36-second sequence to 27 seconds. Apart from this, CBFC also changed the word “Daru” to “Drink” in the second half of the film.

According to News18 Showsha’s review, Shahid and Kriti’s performance was impressive. “Shahid and Kriti have amazing on-screen chemistry. So, filmmakers, take note, it would be great to see these two in a run-of-the-mill new age love story without any preachy message. Funny, this is the genre we’ve all been craving for a while,” the review read.
