She claimed the trip was initially described as “a wholesome family trip” but quickly turned into rampant partying and drug use among the escorts and celebrities.

Garcia claimed in the documents that she believed the alcohol was laced with drugs after seeing the woman pass out after drinking a glass of wine.

Things got worse when Christian forced her to drink a spiked drink and allegedly continued to touch her body.

Omakai is seeking an unspecified amount in damages over charges of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress, the outlet reported.

She also claimed to have audio recordings of her refusing Christian’s drinking and his overtures in the documents.
