Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra flagship smartphones will launch at the Samsung Unpacked event 2024 in California. With the flagship Galaxy S24 series, Samsung will introduce Galaxy AI and is expected to showcase new AI innovations. Samsung will also launch a new Galaxy Watch along with the Galaxy Buds earbuds.

As far as pricing is concerned, the Galaxy S24 series may see an increase, with prices starting around Rs 70,000 in India for the base model and going up to Rs 1,10,000 for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Anything less than these will allow the brand to compete aggressively with its rivals.

The new Galaxy S24 series promises a number of new features, both hardware and AI. The company is once again likely to launch three models, which include Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra. Rumors indicate that Samsung is using its Exynos 2400 chipset for the Galaxy S24 and Plus variants, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in most markets.

We expect the new smartphones to come with 16GB of RAM and possibly 1TB of storage, similar to what has been hitting the market over the past year. Most of the excitement over the company’s new AI features is likely to be reserved for the cameras.

Samsung did a good job with the cameras on the Galaxy S23 series, especially on the Galaxy S23 Ultra and expectations are high for the upcoming lineup. We’re likely to see a 200MP sensor on the Ultra, while the other two have a 108MP primary camera with better low-light and AI editing chops.
