Three-quarters of the Cheetah Girls have now hinted at a possible reunion.
Nearly two decades after the girl group split, 36-year-old Sabrina Bryan says she would love to reunite with the girls and suggests something may already be brewing.
“The Cheetah Girls will probably get a movie,” she said during a recent podcast with Cheryl Burke. “I think there are signs that something is going on,” she asserted.
“I would love to get on stage and party again with my girls,” she continued, referring to her costars and bandmates Adrienne Baron-Houghton, Keeley Williams and Ray Text-Simone.
Brian is a professional dancer and a member of the R&B and hip-hop girl group created by Disney from 2003 to 2008. She played Dorinda in the Disney Channel Original Movie of the same name.
The band released three studio albums, all of which charted on the Billboard 200, and the trio also toured extensively after Symoné left to pursue a solo career.
“We were doing a lot of the girls’ first concerts at the time, and I wanted to go and reenact our stage production,” Brian recalls fondly.
When Burke confirmed if a reunion was definitely happening, Bryan clarified, “I actually think, rumors and steps may be starting to happen. Nothing has been greenlit yet. I don’t think, yet.”
Just last month, Simeone and Byron Horton also expressed interest in a reunion.
