The responsibility of distribution rests with the appointed distributor as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender and as per the agreement with the State Government.   1. For all prizes exceeding Rs. Rs.10,000, winners have to submit their claims to the Office of the Director, Punjab State Lotteries, Vit Yojana Bhawan, Plot No. 2B, Sector 33-A, Chandigarh 160020.
  2. This claim submitted on the prescribed form should be received within 30 days from the date of publication.
  3. The prize money will be distributed through the Gazette of Punjab State Government, in person, through a nationalized bank, or through registered post or insured parcel.
