Prince William and Kate Middleton are believed to be upset that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may attend a Balmoral retreat later this year.

King Charles is said to have invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to visit his grandsons Archie and Lilibet at the Scottish estate over the summer, according to reports.

It’s unclear whether the Montecito couple will heed the offer, but royal commentator Charlotte Griffiths quoted the Prince and Princess of Wales as confirming, “They won’t be happy.”

“There’s no way the two families could cross, that’s for sure,” she told talk tv.

Charlotte noted that there was “no way” the former actress would be interested in coming over to live at Balmoral, noting that Meghan “was never really enamored with the royal life in the countryside and the cold two-bar radiators and boots room.”
