Prince Harry, King Charles need ‘more time’ to recover from feud

Prince Harry, who is leaving for Britain in less than two weeks, could be a ray of hope in his troubled relationship with cancer-stricken father King Charles.

While Harry had a brief meeting with the monarch in February, there were reports that there was still some bitterness in their relationship after years of feuding.

However, royal commentator, Richard Palmer, pointed out Sun Father and son are moving towards better relations, but it will take a long time for that to happen.

“I think Harry and his father are trying to reconcile,” Palmer told the outlet, adding that Prince William might not be too interested in the notion.

“I think with William, it’s going to be a very long process, but ultimately, perhaps, a lot of families have conflicts and, over time, they can heal their divisions,” he said. “There is a big job to be done with William. I think the king is ready for reconciliation.

The comments come amid reports of a change in Prince Harry’s primary residence in documents from his travel company Travelist. The Duke marked his US Montecito home as his new home, citing the same date on which he was evicted from Frogmore Cottage.

Harry and Meghan were evicted from their Windsor home by King Charles in June 2023.
