Speaking to news agency ANI, Prakash Jha said, “I remember when I was shooting for ‘Raajneeti’, some members of the Congress party came to watch the film censor board screening. They rejected me. film, and we were not given a certificate. They believed that Katrina’s character was inspired by Sonia Gandhi. I appealed to the court, which eventually overturned the panel’s ruling and gave us permission to go ahead with the film. certificate. Back in 2010, during the film’s promotions, Katrina Kaif clarified that her character was not inspired by Sonia Gandhi, “I spent a few years in England and you all know my mother is British. .Sonia ma’am also has foreign connections.
