For the rituals, which begin 11 days before the puja, the PM is following several practices prescribed by the holy scriptures. As a devoted Ram devotee, the Prime Minister has been visiting Ram temples in various parts of the country over the past few days, including Ramkund and Shri Kalaram Temple in Nashik; Veerabhadra Temple at Lepakshi, Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh; Guruvayoor Temple and Thriprayar Sree Ramaswamy Temple in Kerala. He will visit more such temples in Tamil Nadu in the next two days. These temples not only serve to unite different parts of the country, but they also have a deep connection with Lord Rama.

The Prime Minister’s visit to temples across the country in the past few days and listening to the Ramayana in multiple languages ​​and participating in bhajans in temples is significant because its impact goes far beyond the realm of commonly understood religion.
