Plans for King Charles’s funeral are currently being updated in the wake of his cancer diagnosis.
According to The Daily BeastA friend of the 75-year-old monarch has given a serious update on his health, claiming he is “very unwell”.
Another source doubled down on the update and revealed: “The [funeral] The plans have been dusted off and are being actively kept updated.
“It’s no more than you expect, because the king has cancer. But their proliferation has certainly focused minds,” noted.
However, a second insider close to a senior official involved in royal funeral planning reassured the public that the planning is the traditional approach to preparing for the inevitable death of the British monarch.
“Certainly they are looking at every aspect of the Menai Bridge. The Queen’s funeral was conducted on time and a high standard was set,” he claimed. “It’s not an emotional thing, it’s a job that’s taken very seriously, and obviously no one plans to get caught.”
For those unaware, the King’s death prompted the renaming of a dramatic suspension bridge called Operation Menai Bridge, which connects the island of Anglesey to the Welsh mainland.
Charles was diagnosed with an undiagnosed form of cancer in February, days after undergoing surgery to treat an enlarged prostate.
