Naveen Jindal slams 'negative people' in Congress after joining BJP

Mr. Jindal represented the Kurukshetra Assembly constituency from 2004 to 2014.

Naveen Jindal, who hit out at the Congress soon after being nominated as the BJP candidate in Kurukshetra Lok Sabha constituency, said it was because of the negative people today It is only through negative remarks that the situation of the Congress party becomes worse.

Former Congress leader Naveen Jindal joined the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday.

“During my 10 years in Congress, I served the people and raised several issues in Parliament. I do not want to comment on negative people who keep saying negative things. The situation that Congress is facing today is because of the negative Speeches that influence negative people, that’s why I believe in positive politics and want to realize Prime Minister Modi’s dream of making India a developed country by 2047,” he said.

Further, he termed his decision to join the BJP as a “second inning” and said it is a very important day for him as he looks forward to realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of making India a developed country.

“This is a very important day for me. I have started my second innings after joining the BJP. The BJP fielded me from Kurukshetra Lok Sabha constituency and for that I want to thank Narender Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shown confidence in me,” he said.

“The people of Kurukshetra are like family to me and our relationship has lasted for 30 years. After being nominated for the Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat, I got Manohar Lal Khattar and CM Nayab Singh Saini Blessings. We will work together to realize the dream of Prime Minister Modi and develop Haryana and the country of our dreams,” he added.

Earlier, Jindal announced his resignation from the party on Sunday.

Jindal posted on Today, I resign as a leading member of the Congress Party.”

Notably, Jindal represented the Kurukshetra parliamentary constituency when he was a member of Parliament from 2004 to 2014.

However, he lost the 2014 national elections to the BJP’s Raj Kumar Saini and was not nominated by the Congress party in 2019. This time Jindal will face Sushil Gupta, the joint candidate of AAP and Congress.
