Meghan Markle rejects Prince William and Kate’s attempts at reconciliation

Meghan Markle is unwilling to repair her relationship with the royal family at the expense of her children.

Royal expert Tom Quinn tells Mirror Prince William and Princess Kate contacted Meghan and Prince Harry and asked them to bring their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to the UK for a visit.

However, the Duchess of Sussex is believed to have firmly refused because the children would cause security threats and unwarranted media scrutiny.

The royal expert told the media: “There is no way Meghan will bring the children to the UK.”

“William and Kate suggested that Meghan and Harry take the baby, and the two couples and their families tried to reconcile,” he explained, “but so far, that suggestion has gone nowhere.”

Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex is preparing to return to his home country to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Invincible Games next month.

It’s unclear whether the Suits actor will accompany the royal family, as sources say Archie and Lilibet will only travel to the UK if Meghan does the same.
