Madonna is once again under scrutiny for starting her concerts late.

On Friday, a federal class action lawsuit was filed in Washington, D.C., in which three ticket buyers allege that the iconic pop star arrived two hours late to both of her shows at Capital One Arena in December.

The complaint, filed by Elizabeth Halpern-Assefy, Mary Conboy and Nestor Monte, Jr., claims that Madonna was scheduled to take the stage at 8:30 pm for her Celebration Tour, but did not begin performing until 10:30 pm. .

The plaintiffs, who filed their lawsuit through the Superior Court of Washington, DC, argue that their chronic delays violated the terms of their ticket purchases.
