According to the outlet, Ms Marsh said, “Bringing both sides of my favorite parts of life together is an amazing experience and hopefully it helps others realize that you don’t have to limit yourself.”

“In the Army, it’s an open space to lead the way you want to lead – in and out of uniform. I felt like the pageant, and especially winning Miss Colorado, really exemplified that. “It was a way to give and create an environment that helps other people feel more comfortable in knowing what matters to them,” she added.

The 22-year-old said her physical training for the army came in handy while preparing for the beauty pageant. “For me, it’s great because I need to stay physically fit and go to the gym for the Army, so it already coincides with the competition training,” he said. ,
