Lady Gaga’s 38th birthday is filled with love and blessings.
After ringing in her birthday on Thursday, March 28, the pop icon took to her Instagram to express her gratitude.
“Today is so special – I can’t remember a time when I was so happy on my birthday,” she wrote the heartfelt message alongside a casual topless car selfie.
She continued: “I love my best friend and my family and friends are loving, kind, and healthy.”
As she counts her blessings, Gaga revealed that she is working on new music as well as other projects.
“I feel like my heart is filled with gratitude for my health and my music – I’ve been writing some of my best music for as long as I can remember and our movie Joker: Folie a Deux is about to be released – — and seeing the messages from all the little monsters, artists, and publications around the world who love my work means so much to me,” she wrote.
The multiple Grammy winner reflected on having been writing pop songs since she was a “little girl” and thanked her fans for allowing her to continue doing what she loves.
She concluded by declaring: “I know this is going to be an important and meaningful year for us. Music changes people’s lives and I’m honored to be a part of it.”
