King Frederick and Queen Marie secretly flew on vacation together, leaving Queen Margaret as head of state.

A palace spokesman told Danish media H&Nabout the King and Queen of Denmark’s travel plans during their children’s Easter holidays.

Frederic and Marie have four children: Crown Prince Christian, 18, Princess Isabella, 16, and twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, 13.
