King Charles’s health is believed to be deteriorating as palace officials struggle to manage his cancer symptoms.
The 75-year-old monarch has been receiving radiotherapy after being diagnosed with an unknown form of cancer in February.
talking to The Daily BeastA longtime friend of the royal family has revealed that plans are underway for the king’s funeral, pointing to the seriousness of his health.
“They’re definitely determined to beat it and they’re throwing everything at it,” he insisted. “Everyone remains optimistic, but he is actually very unwell. Much more than they are paying.”
The king’s funeral was codenamed Operation Menai Bridge, a dramatic suspension bridge connecting the island of Anglesey to the Welsh mainland.
“Certainly they are looking at every aspect of the Menai Bridge. “The queen’s funeral took place on time and a high standard was set,” a second source told the outlet.
“It’s not an emotional thing, it’s a job that’s taken very seriously, and obviously no one plans to get caught.”
