Khloé Kardashian has resumed renovations on her $17 million dream home next to her mother Kris Jenner’s in California’s famed Hidden Hills ) Community.

On Wednesday, she was spotted checking on the progress of the remodel on her newly built mansion.

Kardashian looked relaxed during her visit to the compound, wearing a loose brown tracksuit and her hair in a high ponytail secured with beige claw clips.

The renovation took place despite two years of previous construction work on the property.

Her ex-partner and the father of her children, Tristan Thompson, recently purchased a neighboring property for $12.5 million.

Khloe began extensive renovations on the exterior of her home. The reality TV personality moved into the newly constructed 10,000-square-foot property in 2021, which took more than two years of construction.

Kris Jenner praised her efforts to organize and fund the project entirely independently.

The two purchased the 3.4-acre property in April 2021 and invested a total of $37 million to build side-by-side mansions.

Kardashian reportedly donated $17 million to her residence, while Jenner allocated more than $20 million to her residence.

Before forming the joint venture, Jenner reportedly sold her previous Hidden Hills mansion for $15 million.
