Shubman Gill wowed the Dharamshala crowd with a powerful knock in the fifth and final Test against England on Friday. The 24-year-old made his Test debut against Australia in 2020 and has since played 25 matches and 46 innings, scoring 1492 runs. Meanwhile, the right-handed batsman made his T20I debut in 2023 against Sri Lanka and has since played 14 20-plus games and scored 335 runs at a strike rate of 147.58.

Currently, Gill has 4098 international matches to his name.

In the ongoing fifth Test match against England in Dharamshala, Gill scored 110 runs with a strike rate of 73.33. After facing 150 deliveries, he hit 12 fours and 5 sixes. His brilliant knock came to an end after James Anderson dismissed him in the 63rd over of the second session.
