InterGlobe Enterprises appoints Aditya Pandey as Group CEO

On Monday, InterGlobe Enterprises, a conglomerate specializing in domestic travel, announced the appointment of Aditya Pandey as its new group chief executive officer.

Pandey’s appointment will be effective from March 1, 2024, and he will report to group managing director Rahul Bhatia, the Gurugram-based firm said in a press release.

The company said that leaving IndiGo, Aditya will have the overall responsibility to set InterGlobe’s strategic agenda and strengthen and oversee the leadership of the company’s line businesses and corporate staff functions.

Pandey, who served no-frills carrier IndiGo as CFO from September 2019 to February 2021, joins InterGlobe Enterprises from B2B e-commerce platform Udaan.

According to the statement, with over 25 years of diverse and multi-functional experience, he has held business strategy and finance roles in various companies.

The company said Pandey’s appointment aims to strengthen the group’s leadership team as it moves forward with its ambitious and diverse global plans.

InterGlobe Enterprises has businesses in sectors such as aviation (IndiGo), hospitality, logistics, airline management, travel commerce, advanced pilot training and aircraft maintenance engineering.
