IndiGo system under maintenance: Official website with baggage drop and other services closed

The move has left passengers in a state of confusion as they are not able to get details of their future flight.

Leading budget carrier IndiGo, which has faced criticism from many passengers due to hour-long delays in the past few days, is now upgrading its systems to provide a better flight experience.

During this time, along with the official website of the airline, other important services like baggage drop, app. DigiYatra will be unavailable. The move has left passengers in a state of confusion as they are not able to get details of their future flight.

Sharing the news, the company said, “Our systems are undergoing an upgrade to provide a better experience to customers. While we are ensuring uninterrupted flight operations, self-baggage drop and Digi Yatra will be unavailable, and no bookings/modifications/web check-in will be possible as our website, mobile app and contact center are impacted. We will be back soon. Stay tuned,” the airline said.
