India’s accurate attacks shook the courage of terrorists, they never imagined such decisions: PM Modi

Web Desk, 13/05/2025

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday that India’s previous strike not only destroyed terrorist bases in Pakistan, but also shook their courage.

In his address to the nation, PM Modi said, “… The terrorists never thought that India could take such a big decision … When India’s missiles and drones attacked terrorist bases in Pakistan, not only the buildings of terrorist organizations, but their courage was also shaken. London tube bombings, or large terrorist attacks that have happened in India in the last few decades.

PM Modi said that India’s accurate strike inspired the Pakistan Army to reach the Director General of India’s military operations on 10 May, so that all military functions could be locked, on the ground, in the sea and in the air.

“Pakistan had prepared an attack on the border, but India hit Pakistan’s heart. India’s drones and missiles attacked with accuracy. They damaged the Pakistani Air Force airbase, of which Pakistan was very proud. India caused heavy damage to Pakistan in the first three days, which was not looking for Peck. PM Modi said to reduce the world.

India launched a surgical strike on the terrorist launch pad with LoC in 2016 and aerial strike at a terrorist camp in Pakistan in 2019.

On April 22, twenty -six people were killed in a arrogant terrorist attack in Pahgam. India responded through Operation Sindoor and launched accurate attacks on terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POK), killing more than 100 terrorists.

The latter aggression by Pakistan was appropriately responded by the Indian Armed Forces, who also extended the Pakistan airbase.

The Prime Minister had earlier said that the criminals of the Pahalgam terror attack would have to face punishment beyond their imagination.

India had taken several steps to send a strong message to Pakistan for their support to cross terrorism and put the Indus Water Treaty in the time.

India and Pakistan came to an understanding on Saturday at the stagnation of firing and military action by Pakistan DGMO on their Indian counterpart Lieutenant General Rajiv Gai after a call by Pakistan DGMO.

Lieutenant General Gai, who interacted with the media at a joint press conference on Sunday, said his Pakistan counterpart proposed during a conversation on Saturday that “we stop hostility”.

“My communication with Pak DGMO was held tomorrow (Saturday) at 15:35 pm and as a result, firing and air infiltration from both sides from May 10 at 17:00 was abolished, on May 10, he proposed that we would decide to talk about 12:00 pm on May 12 to move forward to advance hostility.

He said, “However, hopefully, expected, it took only a few hours for the Pakistan Army to violate these arrangements across the border and the Line of Control (LoC), followed by the drone infiltration in the early hours last night and today (today). These violations were strongly responded to.”

Lieutenant General Gai said his counterpart was informed about the violation through a hotline message. India made its intention clear that if it is repeated, it would respond to the same “terrible”, for which the Chief of the Army has given full authority to the army commanders. (AI)
