Chikkaballapur (Karnataka):

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday lashed out at the Congress and the India Bloc, saying the opposition alliance has no leader and no vision for the future and their history is full of scams.

Addressing a rally in Jikabalapur to boost the NDA’s campaign in the Karnataka Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Modi said his government has been working hard and that in his life Every second is dedicated to the welfare of the people.

“The Indian Union currently has no leader, they do not have any vision for the future, their history is a scam, that is why the people of Jikabalapur and Kolar are saying – abki baar Modi Sarkar,” the Prime Minister said.

Opposition parties have formed the India Bloc to take on the Modi government in the Lok Sabha polls.

The Prime Minister was joined on stage by former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, whose party Janata Dal (Secular Party) is in alliance with the BJP for the Lok Sabha elections.

Deve Gowda, who like other leaders on the dais wore the symbol of the Bharatiya Janata Party, held Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s hand to show the unity of the two parties in the Lok Sabha polls.

Prime Minister Modi also said that the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections held on Friday will be beneficial for the NDA and “Viksit Bharat”.

“The first phase of voting has increased the excitement in the country. I can see this excitement here too. In the first phase, the results were in favor of NDA and Viksit Bharat,” the Prime Minister said.

“Today I come to you with my transcript and seek your blessings… For you, I spare no effort to work day and night. Your dreams are my determination. I will devote every second of my life to you in 2047, 7 days a week. 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day… I just don’t make policies, I give guarantees,” he added.

Prime Minister Modi said the biggest beneficiaries of the BJP-led government were members of SC, ST and OBC, claiming that they were earlier forced to live in poverty.

“The biggest beneficiaries of the Modi government are Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC families. In the earlier government, families from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC communities had to live in slums. They had no water and electricity and lost everything.” Modi “You have lost faith in the Modi government because of Modi’s assurances that people have been lifted out of poverty in the last 10 years,” the Prime Minister said.

“Those who are least important, those who are at the bottom, the NDA government has moved them to the first position. The NDA has nominated a member from the SC community as the chairperson and has also nominated a tribal woman as the chairperson. It was our government that developed five places related to Babasaheb Ambedkar as ‘Panchtirtha’,” he added.
