Huma Qureshi reacts to Deepika being trolled for seeing other men while dating Ranveer: ‘Ridiculous…’

The latest season of Karan Johar’s popular talk show Koffee with Karan 8 stars Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Serve as the opening guest. Even though it was one of the highest-rated episodes of the show, Deepika received a lot of criticism for revealing that she dated other men before her marriage to Ranveer. Now, Huma Qureshi has reacted to this.

Huma Qureshi said on the AfterHours All About Eve podcast, “Ab kya bol sakte hai, (what can we say) ridiculous… We should present a palatable… thing that they are expecting, I think. I don’t Know what it is, I don’t think anyone knows what it is.”

She added, “We’re in a troll culture. Black nashi penahai versus troll caro, black nashi penahai versus troll caro. (If someone wears black, troll, if someone doesn’t wear black, Troll) You know, I mean…”

Talking about the trolling she endured, Huma said: “I didn’t even read it. I have no patience for it, I don’t have anything about it. Why should I waste 15 minutes reading some loser’s take on my life choices? A deconstruction of that? I’m really not interested. But I feel like the people who do that are coming from an unhappy place. So, I feel bad for them.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer Singh is all set to essay the iconic role of Don in the third installment of Farhan Akhtar’s hit film series of the same name . The actor replaces Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who played Don in the hit action thriller in 2006 and 2011.
