Desperate Russia announces cash reward for Estonian THeMIS UGVs fighting in Ukrainian battlefields

A Russian defense industry think tank has reportedly increased the cash reward for capturing an Estonian-made UGV* THeMIS operating in Ukraine. As ground robots become a hot commodity on Ukraine’s battlefields, bounties have increased significantly. In 2023, Moscow-based CAST announced a reward of nearly $11,000 to anyone who purchased a THeMIS vehicle in a relatively unaffected state. THeMIS* is a product of Estonian robotic vehicle manufacturer Milrem Robotics, a subsidiary of Edge Group. Watch the video to learn more.
