Delhi Police on Tuesday claimed to have busted an illegal drug manufacturing laboratory in Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh and arrested four foreigners.
Police said those arrested have been identified as Nigerian nationals Eze Uchenna James (49), Alitumo Ifedi Shedrack (28), Eze · Eze Ibe Emeka Chibuzo, also known as Iko, (56) and Kenyan national Ivo Osita, also known as Usta Osita (44).
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Ankit Singh Eze, Alitumo and Iwo were previously arrested and convicted in drug trafficking cases and have been granted conditional bail.
He said 445 grams of high-quality prohibited methamphetamine, 1 kilogram of pseudoephedrine, 20.3 kilograms of raw materials and some laboratory equipment were seized from them.
Methamphetamine is a high-quality synthetic drug that is in high demand at rave parties, Singh said, adding that the accused ran an illegal drug manufacturing laboratory at Chi-III, Alistonia Estate, Greater Noida .

He said the team conducted a raid and captured Eze from Uttam Nagar. Another police officer said that in the case of Eze, his associate Ali Tumo was arrested from the same area in Uttam Nagar on January 11 and about 100 grams of methamphetamine was recovered from his possession.
Alitumo, along with Ibe and Ivo, were manufacturing high-quality methamphetamine drugs at a laboratory in Greater Noida, where the team later conducted a raid and nabbed them on January 16, the police officer said.
