Delhi health minister faces off with chief secretary over drug shortage

Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj on Wednesday wrote to Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar regarding the shortage of medicines at Mohalla clinics, hospitals and pharmacies of the Delhi government and the discontinuation of free testing facilities at Mohalla clinics.

The Health Minister wrote on social media platform Instructions to do a good job actively.”

Earlier in the day, on the occasion of Ram Navami and in line with preparations for the Lok Sabha elections, the Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday launched a website titled ‘Aap ka Ram Rajya’ to showcase what the party is doing inspired by Ram Rajya of jobs in Delhi and Punjab.

The party’s senior leaders Saurabh Bharadwaj, Sanjay Singh, Atishi and Jasmine Shah spoke at a press conference here today and launched the website.

MP Sanjay Singh said that the Aam Aadmi Party governments in Delhi and Punjab have done such work, and countries around the world are also taking examples.

“In the past 10 years, we have not only formed a government three times in Delhi, but also with an overwhelming majority in Punjab. Both the Kejriwal government in Delhi and the Bhagwant Mann government in Punjab have done such a job. Examples are as follows : Countries in the world today, despite doing so much, Delhi is the only country that has a profitable budget,” he said.

“Those who want to know about our vision of Ram Rajya must visit our website. What are we doing in Delhi and Punjab? You can see all this and join us,” Sanjay Singh added.

Further, AAP minister Atishi said that just as Lord Ram faced a lot of struggle for Ram Rajya, Arvind Kejriwal also had to go through a similar struggle to fulfill his promise to the people of Delhi and Punjab.
