From keeping passengers waiting for hours to not taking off on time, passengers are now taking to social media to slam the airline. According to reports, as of reporting time, more than 300 passengers scheduled to board the plane had arrived at the airport. After passing security and immigration formalities, they arrived at the dedicated boarding gate. Later, the staff made them wait because the flight was not on time or delayed.

Compensation to passengers

This is not the first time major delays have hit the airline. Recently, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) directed the airline to pay over Rs 2 lakh as compensation to four passengers whose flights were delayed in 2003.
