Court adjourns hearing to April 23 (Documents)

Islamabad:

A Pakistani court has accepted a request for medical examination of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi and directed that the former first lady undergo an endoscopy at a private hospital within two days.

On April 16, the Islamabad High Court dismissed Bushra Bibi’s petition seeking her transfer to Adiala jail after her lawyer failed to appear in court.
