New Delhi:

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Kiran Rao is having a great time promoting her latest directorial venture. Missing Ladies. For the promotional campaign, the filmmaker has been joined not only by her cast, but also by her co-producer and ex-husband, superstar Aamir Khan. Now, in a new fun video, the team including Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan and actors Pratibha Ranta, Nitanshi Goyal, Chhaya Kadam and Sparsh Srivastava can be seen wearing colorful turbans. The director has documented the entire process, in which she is seen excitedly asking questions while tying her turban. “What’s the matter? Abhi, can you do me a role brother?…Like Rani Lakshmibai,” declares Kiran Rao, seeing herself in the turban. She is also seen introducing the turban tying artist to her Instagram family.

After Kiran Rao, we also see Aamir Khan and the cast flaunting their turbans. Kiran Rao let the video do all the talking and left out the caption. Actress Zain Khan, who is Aamir Khan’s niece, said, “Your hair matches.”

Earlier, Kiran Rao had also shared a funny picture of the team wearing turbans. They’re also all wearing cool T-shirts with the movie’s branding. The post, put up in collaboration with talent management team Spice Social, came with the caption, “Our power-packed missing ladies The actors striking a fun pose with our favorite Aamir Khan. Exclusively only on Spice Social.”

In another video, we also saw Kiran Rao tasting the famous Fire Paan in Delhi to promote the film. In the clip, she is seen worried and scared at the prospect of swallowing a burning paan. Finally agreeing to taste the sweet dish, Kiran Rao says: “If I die… then maybe, while it’s burning, I get the perfect taste; If you could taste it.”

When she finally eats the paan, Kiran Rao says to the seller, “It didn’t hurt but the taste was…why did I add strawberry. The taste may be a little better but the concept is still there. [It does not hurt but why did you add strawberry? The taste can be better but the concept is great],

In her caption, Kiran Rao said: “This gentleman outside PVR Plaza in CP makes this fire paan, which Shuro forced me to try. I must say I prefer regular paan without the pretentiousness, but it’s an experience (!) and the paanwala was really sweet, so if you’re interested in adventure (and camphor in your paan) then go for it!. ..Thanks for the video evidence @ishantanka @kanainppayat and @poojaa_kumarr.”
