Bitcoin hovers above $67,000, Ethereum and Solana manage to capture gains

On Friday, March 29, Bitcoin fell 0.18%. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is worth $67,034 (approximately Rs. 5.58 crore). The value of Bitcoin has plummeted by $111 (roughly Rs. 9,250) in the past 24 hours. Market experts believe that the price of the most expensive asset may consolidate at the $70,400 (approximately Rs. 58.6 lakh) mark in the coming days. A range of cryptocurrencies followed Bitcoin on its path to losses.

Tether, Binance Coin, USD Coin, Cardano, Bitcoin Cash, and Polygon followed Bitcoin on the losing side of the crypto chart on Friday.

“Both Bitcoin and Ethereum are expected to see some volatility, with options worth $15 billion (roughly Rs. 1,25,022 crore) expiring soon. Overall, the market remains extremely greedy,” Mudrex CEO Edul Patel told Gadgets360.

As of Friday, Ethereum was slightly up 0.86%. The current price of Ethereum is $3,390 (approximately Rs. 2.82 lakh).

Solana, Ripple, Dogecoin, Avalanche, Shiba Inu, and Polkadot all posted small gains.

Tron, Near Protocol, Litecoin, Cronos, and Stellar also join the list.

“On the market front, most of the top 10 crypto assets by market capitalization have posted gains over the past 24 hours, led by DOGE (+9.4%). Technical analysis suggests that DOGE’s performance may be attributed to long-term reversal,” Parth Chaturvedi, head of investments at CoinSwitch Ventures, told Gadgets360.

The cryptocurrency market is currently witnessing legal conflicts between several players in different geographical locations. Binance, Coinbase, and KuCoin have been investigated in Nigeria, the Philippines, and the United States for different issues.

Additionally, Sam Bankman-Fried, CEO of the now-defunct FTX exchange, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for FTX’s multi-billion dollar fraud.

The overall cryptocurrency market capitalization increased by 0.58% in the past 24 hours. The industry is currently valued at $2.65 trillion (approximately Rs. 22,08,7246 crore). coin market cap.
