The organizer of Glasgow’s infamous Willy Wonka-inspired experience has told how he lost the “love of his life” and had his life “ruined” by the incident.
Billy Cool said his life had been transformed due to the controversy surrounding the incident, claiming he was considered “the epitome of all evil”.
Mr Cool told the Channel 5 documentary Wonka: The Scandal That Shook Britain: “My life has been changed forever. My life is ruined.”
He added: “Because of everything that happened, it affected my personal life.
“I lost my friend. I lost the love of my life. I was made to represent all that was evil. And honestly, that’s not the case.”
Willy’s chocolate experience gained fame after pictures and videos were shared online.
The £35 experience at the city’s Box Hub venue is described as an “unprecedented chocolate fantasy” where “dreams become reality”.
Instead, the family was met in a nearly empty venue decorated with some Wonka-themed props and a small bouncy castle.
Parents also described how their children received only a few pieces of candy and a quarter can of lime juice.
Mr Kuhl claimed key visual equipment for the event had yet to be delivered.
“I’m sad but I believe we can move on,” he said.

Mr Kuhl said it turned into “absolute chaos”, adding: “It was an absolute bloodbath.”
Mr Kuhl said in the documentary he had received hundreds of hateful messages calling him a “villain or a devil”, adding: “Saying that I was a horrible father, that I’d better be dead, that I should kill myself .”
He said he was “shocked” and made “sickened” by the response to the incident.

Ms McCormack said Mr Kuhl should find a different way to raise revenue.
She added: “He’s just not cut out for what he wants to do. (He should stop doing it) for his own good and his own mental health.”
Event performers describe it as a place “Where dreams die” and stated that these scripts were generated by artificial intelligence.
Kuhl claims he wrote the script, but because he has dyslexia, he used artificial intelligence to check spelling, grammar and continuity.
Since then, the performer himself has become an internet celebrity.
