Bigg Boss 17 runner-up Abhishek Kumar talks about his journey in the house. Reflecting on his experience, he took his mother’s advice and emphasized the importance of patience and respect. In an interview with Etimes, Abhishek admitted that he regrets using harsh words, especially against fellow contestants Isha Malviya and Samarth Jurere. The actor said, “Yes, I regret saying nasty things to Isha during the fight. There were a few times when she started talking and now I feel like I shouldn’t have opened my mouth.” Abhishek talks about physical assault during the conflict impact and expressed a desire to handle the situation differently, emphasizing the importance of restraint in tense moments.

Abhishek, who emerged as the runner-up in the popular reality show, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to actor Riteish Deshmukh for the support he received during his challenging tenure. While Isha Malviya and Samarth Jurel mocked Abhishek’s mental health, Riteish Deshmukh and other celebrities took to Patform X (formerly Twitter) to take a stand for Abhishek.

Abhishek responded to Riteish Deshmukh’s support and said, “Mujhe pata chala ki Riteish Sir ne mere liye likha tha, Riteish Sir thank you very much, Matlab acha lagta hai jab itne bade bade naam aap ko jante hai ki haan yaha tak pahuch Gaya”. (I heard that Ritysh sir extended his support to me. Thank you very much sir. It feels very good when you realize that so many big names know you.)

Despite not winning the trophy, Abhishek expressed happiness over Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Bigg Boss 17, and said Munawar was a deserving contestant. Abhishek mentioned that winning hearts is satisfying even if the trophy eludes him.
