Bengaluru woman attacked after her husband’s complaint against her in the mosque


Bengaluru:

A 38 -year -old woman was allegedly attacked by a mob in Bengaluru after a complaint against her husband filed a complaint against her husband at a local mosque on a domestic dispute. The incident outside the mosque last week was captured on camera and broadcast on social media, causing large -scale resentment.

On 7 April, the victim, Shabina Banu – Help a house – was at home when her relatives, Nasreen met her. During this time, a person named Phase also went to Shabina’s house.

Officials said the three left for a small outing before returning to Shabina’s house.

Later, when Shabina’s husband, Jamil Ahmed, returned home, he found both Nasreen and Fayz at home. Angry at this, he contacted Jama Masjid in Tawarekere, Bangalore and filed a complaint against his wife, his relatives and Fayz.

Two days later, on 9 April, all three were called by the mosque.

When he reached the mosque, a group of six people attacked Shabina and seriously injured her by placing sticks and pipes.

Soon after the video went viral, all the six accused were arrested.

Officials said a case has been filed against him under allegations related to conspiracy, attack and murder attempt.
