BBC production uses AI to replace ‘Mamma Mia’ star Sara Poyzer

The BBC’s decision to replace veteran actress Sara Poyzer with artificial intelligence (AI) has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry.

Poyzer is best known for starring in films Oh mom For more than a decade, he has expressed surprise and disappointment at being overtaken by technology after decades of theatrical success.

Poiser tagged the BBC and Equity and captioned the photo on Instagram “Sobering…” followed by a sad emoji.

According to sources, the email was a response from a production company working on projects with the BBC, which was considering hiring her.

However, the artist learned that they would choose AI technology over retaining her services.

In response to her post, Poiser expressed her frustration with the current state of the industry, describing it as “serious times.”
