To ensure strong security during and after the ‘Pran Pratistha’ ceremony, the Ayodhya administration is installing 10,000 CCTV cameras across the district.

Ayodhya has been strengthened using a mix of manpower and technology, including AI-powered cameras and drones with anti-drone features, ahead of the grand ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram temple on January 22.

According to sources, Uttar Pradesh Police has the support of all religious groups, who are cooperating with the authorities to make the event a historic success.

“It is going to be a successful event. We do not see anything major that is troubling any security agency of the state or the Centre. There is no international threat visible as of now and the Ayodhya administration is fully prepared to manage all the events successfully. Muslim groups are also involved in this and are fully cooperating with the local administration. He has ensured all support for this event,” top intelligence sources told CNN News18.

He said that to keep a close eye on everything during the ceremony, Uttar Pradesh Police has deployed the best technology and even after the inauguration ceremony of the grand temple, there will be “Ram Rajya” in Ayodhya.

“UP Police is using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to keep a close watch on every incident happening in the holy city. Anti-mine drones with AI data and other top security equipment are being used by UP Police for aerial and ground surveillance. AI CCTV cameras will also be installed across the city to deal with any problems in future. The software used in these cameras will capture the faces and keep them in the database to identify or match them in case of any trouble in future,” sources said.

To ensure strong security during and after the ‘Pran Pratistha’ ceremony, the Ayodhya administration is installing 10,000 CCTV cameras across the district. Apart from this, multilingual police personnel in plain clothes will also be deployed at the venue.

Apart from this, the anti-terrorism squad of UP Police is on high alert and around 100 snipers have been deployed in Ayodhya.

“Around 10 anti-ballistic vehicles will monitor the city. About 25 thousand people with fundamentalist and criminal background from across the country are on the radar of UP ATS.

He said that special commandos of ATS will protect the inner circle of the city from Saryu river to the temple.
