As tensions between the United States and the Middle East continue to rise, an AI-generated photo of President Joe Biden wearing military gear in the White House Situation Room has gone viral. President Joe Biden blamed Iran-backed militants after a drone attack on a Jordanian base killed three U.S. troops on Sunday and vowed to hold those responsible accountable. It was the first time U.S. troops were killed in an attack in the area since the war between Israel and Hamas began, raising concerns about an escalation in the conflict as fighting in Gaza escalates.
The photo shows Biden wearing a camouflage uniform and sitting at his desk with advisers, apparently to show that the United States is at war. The picture has been uploaded to X (formerly Twitter).
I thought Joe’s photos were artificially intelligent. it is real.
I created my own version in Midjourney to see how easily a photo like this could be faked.
The AI does accurately depict the expressions of loss and frustration that Joe often displays.

According to X user Luke, the photos were created using the generative artificial intelligence program Midjourney.
Meanwhile, the White House on Monday vowed a “very significant response” to the drone strikes. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told CNN that Washington’s response will be “very important.” “But we do not seek war with Iran. We do not seek a broader conflict in the Middle East,” he added.
Iran said it had nothing to do with the attack and denied U.S. accusations that Iranian-backed armed groups were responsible for Sunday’s attack on a remote border base in northeastern Jordan near the border with Iraq and Syria.
Biden said Sunday that while Washington was still gathering facts, “we know this was carried out by Iran-backed militant groups operating in Syria and Iraq” and pledged to “hold accountable, one way or another, all those responsible “. Our choice. “
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani dismissed the accusations as “baseless” and added that Tehran “had no involvement in the resistance’s decision.”
No one has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, although Iraq’s Islamic resistance group claimed on Sunday three drone attacks on bases in Syria, including one near the Jordanian border.
