Officers later located Dennis’ vehicle, but he fled at speeds of over 80 mph. The vehicle was eventually released and determined to be stolen from Indiana.
According to the complaint, Dennis was arrested while walking in the Target parking lot and reportedly refused to know why he was being detained.
He was charged Oct. 23 with second-degree assault, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.
