A judge has resigned after being caught by police urinating in a bush near a court.
Bodycam footage obtained by Fox 10 shows Judge Pro Tempore Christine Schaaf-Olson allegedly urinating on the road in Yavawaii County. Arizona On October 4 at around 1.30 pm.
An officer can be seen approaching her and asking what she was doing, to which she replied: “I’m waiting for… Uber.”
After the officer accused her of “vomiting and urinating, exposing herself to multiple people”, her husband came forward and insisted “it wasn’t her”.
The police report said Schaff-Olson showed signs of intoxication and slurred his speech. Her husband was charged with resisting arrest, interfering with crime scene investigation and obstructing government operations.
