Sources in Mea said that a pre-post-position has arrived on Saturday for understanding related to military action between India and Pakistan and the Indus Waters Treaty will remain in the habituality.
DGMOS of India and Pakistan on Saturday agreed that the two sides would stop all firing and military action in the ground and air and sea with an impact from the Indian standard time 1700 hours. The call was started by Pakistan.

The Indus Water Treaty was signed in 1960 after a nine -year conversation between India and Pakistan with the help of the World Bank, which is also a signator.
The treaty allocates Western rivers (Indus, Jhelum, Chenab) to Pakistan and Eastern Rivers (Ravi, Beas, Sutlage) in India. At the same time, the treaty allows each country to allocate some water of rivers to another. This treaty gives India 20 percent water from the Indus river system and the remaining 80 percent to Pakistan.
At 3.30 pm today, the Director General of Military Operations of Pakistan called the Director General of Military Operations of India, and they agreed that the two sides would stop all firing and military action from 5 pm today, in the air and the sea.
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri told reporters, “Both sides have been instructed to influence understanding.”
The directors of military operations will talk again on Monday afternoon.
India launched Operation Sindoor on 7 May in response to a disgusting terrorist attack in Pahgam on 22 April. India started attacks in terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan captured Jammu and Kashmir.
