“But on April 22, the tragic murder of 26 innocent people shook not only in Kashmir, but all over India. Our hearts and eyes still cry. Whenever we think about Pahgam, this terrible scene comes to mind. We pray to Allah to get better soon and return the old glory,” Misbahi said.
Talking to Annie, Farid Ahmed Shah, who runs a paratha shop near the pilgrimage site, expressed his crisis. He said that since the attack in Pahgam, no work has been done here, there is no visitor, nor the local people nor tourists are coming.
“Everything was going well, including business and tourist flow. But since the attack in Pahalgam, there is no work, no visitor, and no local or tourist. So we appeal to the government and bring people back to the government normally. Shah said.
