Terror cannot shake faith; Aishmuqam Shrine called devotees back with open weapons

After the tragic terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April, the number of visitors has fallen not only in Pahalgam but also in the Aishmukam Shrine of Hazrat Sheikh Zain Ud Deen Wali (R), which attracts thousands of daily once.

The revered Ashmukam Shrine of Hazrat Sheikh Zain Ud Deen Wali (RA) was famous in the famous Salman Khan film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which is a symbol of spiritual unity and spiritual unity and deep faith for people of all religions during the emotional song “Bhar Do Jholi Meri or Mohammed”.

Talking to Annie, Adhik Hussain, the administrator of the Dargah of the Waqf Board, said, “This temple is 550 years old and is famous as Hazrat Sheikh Zain Ud Dean Wali. Some people also call it as Aishmukam Dargah or Sheikh Baba Dargah. Amarnath Yatra, about 60 to 70 percent of Yatris visited this temple.”

Speaking on the influence of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, he said, “I was not in charge when the film was shot here, but I was working as the principal of a boarding school nearby, so I used to travel often. After the release of the film, the crowd increased significantly.”

Addressing the decline in the number of tourists after the recent attack, he said that there has been a significant decrease in the crowd after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April.

He said, “Most of our visitors used to come from all over India. But after the incident, there was a fear in the hearts of the people, and we have seen very few visitors,” he said.

Ulfat Ahmed Misbahi, a teacher of Anantnag, expressed grief over the Pahalgam terror attack and said that the truth is that whoever visits Pahgam, ensures that they first visit this temple, whether they are regardless of their religion.

“But on April 22, the tragic murder of 26 innocent people shook not only in Kashmir, but all over India. Our hearts and eyes still cry. Whenever we think about Pahgam, this terrible scene comes to mind. We pray to Allah to get better soon and return the old glory,” Misbahi said.

Talking to Annie, Farid Ahmed Shah, who runs a paratha shop near the pilgrimage site, expressed his crisis. He said that since the attack in Pahgam, no work has been done here, there is no visitor, nor the local people nor tourists are coming.

“Everything was going well, including business and tourist flow. But since the attack in Pahalgam, there is no work, no visitor, and no local or tourist. So we appeal to the government and bring people back to the government normally. Shah said.

Apart from this, Thuzffar Ahmed Bhatt from Iishamukam also said that the attack in Pahgam has severely affected the number of visitors here.

“We strongly condemn that it was a cruel attack on humanity. The attack caused panic among tourists, but we want to send a message to the world: Kashmir is safe.

The people of Aishmukam continue the message of peace and unity. They asks all tourists to return without any fear, assuring them of safety, hospitality, and the same warmth that made the pilgrimage site a spiritual destination for all.

The attack in the initiative took place on April 22 in Basaron Meadow, where terrorists targeted tourists, 25 Indian citizens and a Nepali citizen were killed, and many others were injured.

After the attack, the central government has said that the terrorists responsible for the attack and the conspirators behind it will have to face serious punishment. (AI)
