Netanyahu vows to shut down Israel’s Al Jazeera news network

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he would shut down the operations of Qatar-based Al Jazeera news network in Israel under a new law that allows the shutdown of foreign networks deemed to pose a threat to national security.
