Hamas deputy military commander Marwan Issa was killed in an Israeli attack this month, an Israeli military spokesman said on Tuesday, confirming reports earlier this month.

“We have examined all intelligence,” Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said in a televised statement. “In the strike we had about two weeks ago, Marwan Issa was dropped,” he said.
