They have also publicly expressed their support for the Princess of Wales, advocating for privacy and space for Kate during this difficult time.
However, the royal expert explained that the Duke of Sussex has not made any efforts to contact William and Kate personally, noting that all of their messages are signed by “Team Meghan and Harry.”
Tom explained: “Harry and Meghan’s contact and expressions of sympathy were always done as a couple – in other words, Harry did not initiate contact with William and Kate.”
“The message of sympathy definitely came from the Meghan and Harry team – it didn’t come from Harry alone because he didn’t do anything that might appear to exclude Meghan,” he added.
