After recovering from an injury suffered in a car accident, Pant has been very consistent in his batting and cleverly working behind the stumps, but what he did in the last over against Gujarat Titans’ Mohit Sharma was amazing. DC started the last over at 193/4 and ended it at 224/4, thanks to Pant’s explosive batting. He scored 6,4,6,6,6 runs in the last five balls which left GT stunned. DC players remained unbeaten after scoring 88* runs on 43 balls.

Talking about sports, Rishabh Pant and Axar Patel scored opposite fifties to take Delhi Capitals to 224 for 4 against Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League on Wednesday. After medium pacer Sandeep Warrier (3/15) broke into the top three, Axar (66 off 43 balls) and Pant (88 not out from 43 balls) stitched a 113-run partnership to steady the innings.

Captain Pant hit eight sixes and five fours. Tristan Stubbs scored 26 runs on 7 balls.
